Texas Roof Pros is a West Texas roofing company that serves homeowners and property owners in Lubbock, Abilene, and Midland. The team handles replacements, repairs, hail and storm damage, metal and flat roofs, inspections, and commercial work, with one call line open 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week.
We built the company around a simple idea: homeowners deserve straight answers about their roofs, especially after a storm, when door-knockers and out-of-town crews show up with promises that are too good to be true. Our job is to tell you what is actually going on with your roof and what it will take to fix it properly.
How we work
- Phone first. You call, describe what is happening, and we talk through it before scheduling anything.
- Photos, not guesswork. Inspection findings come with pictures so you can see what we see.
- Written scopes. You get the work described in writing, including materials and what happens if damaged decking turns up.
- By the book. We follow city permit rules — Lubbock, for example, requires a roofing permit to tear off and replace shingles — and Texas law on insurance deductibles.
- Clean job sites. Nails and debris get picked up, because a roofing job should not leave a hazard in your driveway.
What we will never do
We will never offer to waive, rebate, or absorb your insurance deductible — the Texas Department of Insurance is clear that this is illegal for contractors.
